Due to the rules and regulations put in place by the TEA regarding outdoor graduations the following rules will be strictly enforced.  Anyone not following these rules will not be allowed to attend, or remain at, the graduation ceremony.

Seniors will be required to meet at the Carr MS gymnasium at 6:45 pm Park in the gymnasium parking lot or in front of Carr MS
Enter through the door on the northeast corner of the gymnasium
You will receive all other information in a packet from Coach Branson

There are no exceptions to the following rules.

Each student will only be allowed a total of 7 guests.
Each guest will be required to have a student specific ticket to enter.
Guests must sit in the area provided for their specific student.
Make plans to arrive by 7:00 pm in order to follow the entrance protocol.

Guests will be required to enter through an assigned gate and will be asked to park near that gate.
You will be given parking instructions when you receive your tickets.

Handicapped Parking and Seating:
Handicapped parking and seating will be provided.  In order to park in handicapped parking and sit in handicapped seating, you will need to come to the HCHS office to receive a parking permit.  You will be asked to register for the seating in order to allow the district to provide adequate space and prepare socially distanced, assigned seating for the handicapped section.
Each person allowed in with a handicapped parking space must have their own student ticket and will count towards that student's allotment of 7 guests.

Albert Gomez will be the only photographer allowed on the field.  Each senior will receive a photograph of them receiving their diploma when they are available.

Coach Branson will be personally delivering to each student's home address graduation packets with much more detailed information on Friday and Saturday,
